01 / Information

Information We Collect

We collect details you choose to give us, plus limited technical information created when you browse the site. Only relevant details are requested.

Contact and property details

Your name, phone number, email address and property address when you ask for a quote or arrange a clean. We use the address to assess the request and plan the service.

Cleaning requirements

Property type, requested tasks, cleaning frequency, preferred dates and any priorities you share. If you provide access arrangements, we use them only to coordinate the agreed visit.

Messages and service records

Emails, call notes, quote details, booking changes and records of actions taken to handle a service issue. We keep these so we can respond accurately and maintain a clear record of the work arranged.

Basic website data

Your browser type, pages viewed and basic device or log information may be recorded by the website hosting service for operation and security. This is not used to build an advertising profile.

02 / How information is handled

How We Use and Share Information

We use personal information to answer you, prepare a quote and provide the cleaning service you request. We do not sell or rent it for marketing.

Quotes and service delivery

We use your contact details and property requirements to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule visits and carry out agreed cleaning work.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, then performance of the service agreement.

Updates and follow-up

We use message history to confirm arrangements, manage changes, answer questions and resolve concerns about a booking.

Legal basis: contract performance or our legitimate interest in keeping service communication clear.

Accounts and legal duties

Where a booking creates payment or accounting records, we keep the information needed to manage those records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations and, where relevant, contract performance.

Website operation

Basic technical records help the hosting provider keep the site working and investigate faults or security incidents.

Legal basis: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website.
Limited sharing. Information may be shared with a payment provider where needed to process a payment, with a service provider supporting the website or business, or when the law requires it. Providers are expected to handle information appropriately and only for the work they perform.

03 / Browser storage and records

Cookies, Storage and Retention

We keep information only while it has a practical or legal purpose. Less is kept for less time.

What happens to a saved cookie preference?

If this site presents a cookie choice, a small browser storage entry may remember your selection so the choice is not asked again on each visit. It stays in that browser until it expires or you clear the site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

Enquiries that do not become bookings

We retain quote and enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to remove them sooner and no legal reason requires us to keep them.

Bookings and service details

We keep operational booking information while a service is active and for up to 12 months after the last visit, to handle follow-up queries and service matters.

Payment and business records

Records needed for accounting or legal compliance are kept for the period required by the relevant rules, which can be up to six years.

Access instructions and codes

We limit access details to people who need them for the arranged visit. They are removed when the service ends or they are no longer needed for an active booking, unless a specific issue requires a short, restricted record.

When a record reaches the end of its retention period, we securely delete it or remove details that identify you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

04 / Your choices
